CUSTOM

Our forte is custom furniture, designed in-house by skilled professionals.  Each signature piece is handcrafted and unsurpassed in style & precision from hand-stitched leather to one of a kind finishes.  Select from unlimited fabrics & finishes.  All custom items are produced locally in Miami, resulting in an expedited turnaround.



 
 
We take pride in the quality of our products, and our goal is to have each customer completely satisfied.  If you are not pleased with your selection you may exchange or receive store credit with receipt and within 10 days of purchase.  Please note there are no refunds.  Floor items are sold as is, and we cannot accept returns on mattresses, custom items, special orders, or items damaged through normal wear & tear.  Delivery fees & Design fees are non-refundable.  All international orders must receive return authorization from our showroom prior to processing.  




 
 

RETURNS  
&  
EXCHANGES

Payment on special orders is due in full at time of order. Custom products require 50% payment prior to drawings, and the remaining 50% is due prior to delivery.  Payment schedules may vary depending on scope of project.  See associate for details.  

2% Processing Fee applied on credit card payments exceeding $20,000

American Express is not accpted on custom items or special orders. Manager approval is required for American Express use on payments exceeding $3,000.

Tax exempt clients are required to provide documentation at time of sale.


 
 

PAYMENT

Items taken on a 24 hour memo will require a credit card authorization for the full balance.  After 24 hours a sale is charged and items are subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Completed orders held for more than 30 days are subject to a monthly storage fee.  Completed orders not picked up after 90 days are considered abandoned and will be resold.  In addition, any deposit is surrendered.
